Priority Mail is delivered and does ship on Saturdays. Please note that Priority Mail Delivery is NOT guaranteed to arrive in any specific time.  It is however guaranteed to receive Priority handling above normal Parcel Post deliveries. Orders to be shipped by Priority Mail received after 10:00 AM Central Standard Time on Saturday will usually not ship until Monday.

Checking on your Order - Order Status. 
Order Confirmations

After you have placed your online order you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.  Please check it over carefully and email us if you find any errors.  If you do not receive an email confirmation it is usually do to the fact that you failed to enter your correct email address.  You must be sure to enter your email correctly and it must be exact.  One typo or a capital letter where there should not be one will prevent us from sending you an email confirmation.   

If you do fail to receive an email confirmation and are unsure if we received your order "Please use our online Help Desk" to contact us. We will then check on your 0rder for you and email a confirmation to you.   Please do not call !  The operators do not have this information available from our Data Center.     

Order Status

If you received an Email confirmation after placing your order you can be assured that your order was received and will be processed as soon as possible.  If there is a problem with your order we will contact you for further information or to update you to your orders current status. 

So if you do not hear from us this is good news and your order is being processed per your instructions.  If by chance your order does not arrive within the time frame we have outlined above "Please email us " so that we can follow up on your order and find out why.  Please include as much information as possible in your email. This will enable us to quickly locate all of your order information in our system.

Please contact us by email about your orders status only if you feel that there may be a problem with your order or if your order should have arrived.

Shipping Time Estimate (U.S. addresses only)

Normally, it takes 2 to 5 business days total for the average order to actually arrive at your U.S. destination when shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 days after we receive your order, then it takes another 2 - 6 days for the Postal Service to get the package from us to you. For a general "ballpark" estimate of when you'll get your package, count 4 to 7 business days (don't count any Saturdays or Sundays- they are not business days) from the day we receive an order until the day the package arrives at your door. For example, if we receive your order on a Monday before 2:00 PM, and you've ordered an item that is in stock, you will most likely receive your order within 2 to 5 days. If you place the order by phone or by using the shopping cart, your order will be processed much quicker than if you mail it to us, because we cannot process your mailed-in order until we get it!

To better estimate when you will receive your package, you need to consider the availability of the items you ordered, the shipping method that will be used, and how you placed your order. Here's the way to estimate how long it will take:

(Time it takes for us to get your order) + (Order Packing Time) + (Travel Time) = the number of days until you get your package

Time it takes for us to get your order means the time it takes for your order to reach us. Phone, fax and email credit card orders take 0 days to get to us. Mailed-in orders take 5 days on average to get to us.

Order Packing Time means how quickly the item is available for shipment. Most items leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. If you have ordered an item that will take longer, you will be notified by email on the day we receive your order. If you did not give us a valid email address, we cannot notify you (so please be patient).

Travel Time means the time it takes your package to travel between our warehouse and your door. Priority Mail takes 2 - 5 days; UPS Next Day takes 1 day, UPS 2nd Day takes 2 days after your order is shipped.  Please note that you do not count the day the order was shipped. 

Here's how to calculate: Add together the Time it takes for us to get your order, Order Packing Time, and Travel Time Travel Time Travel Time Travel Time for your order. The result is an estimate of how long it will take to get to you.

Of course, this is only an estimate, this is not a guarantee. We have no control over the speed of delivery after your package is in the hands of the carrier unless you have opted for some form of guaranteed delivery, such as UPS 2nd day Air or Next Day, etc....

What UPS 2ND Air Day really means

Asking us to ship using UPS 2ND Day Air does not always mean you will get your order in 2 days.
  • Once shipped, UPS 2ND DAY AIR packages are guaranteed to arrive before the end of the 2ND business day after they are shipped. Please note, however, that upgrading method to 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order--it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse. For example, an item that is in stock will reach you on the 2ND business day after you place your order (if you place your order by 2 pm Central Standard time). If you order an item that is not in stock, your package will reach you on the next business day after we send your item out. Only items that are available to be shipped when we receive your order are eligible for true 2ND day delivery.
  • Orders to be shipped via UPS 2ND Day Air  must be received in our order center by 2 p.m. if you want us to ship the same day.
    If you phone in your order after 2 p.m., for example, it cannot be shipped out until the following business day.
  • Unless you pay extra, UPS does not ship or deliver on weekends or legal holidays.
    If you phone in your order after 2 p.m. on a Friday, for example, your package will not be shipped until Monday, and will not be delivered to you until Wednesday.".

What UPS Next Day really means

Asking us to ship using UPS Next Day does not always mean you will get your order the next day.
  • Once shipped, UPS Next Day packages are guaranteed to arrive by the end of the next business day. Please note, however, that upgrading method of shipment to Next Day does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order--it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse. For example, an item that is in stock will reach you on the next business day after you place your order but only if we receive your order by 2 pm Central Standard time. If you order an item that is not in stock, your package will reach you on the next business day after we send your item out. (Your sales operator can give you specific information on an item's availability). Only items that are available to be shipped when we receive your order are eligible for true Overnight delivery.
  • Next Day  Delivery is not available in all areas.
    UPS does not offer Next Day Delivery to all locations. Some rural addresses may not be served.
  • Orders to be shipped via UPS Next Day must be received in our order center by 2pm if you want us to ship the same day.
    If you phone in your order after 2 p.m., for example, it cannot be shipped out until the following business day.
  • Unless you pay extra, UPS does not ship or deliver on weekends or legal holidays.
    If you phone in your order after 2 p.m. on a Friday, for example, your package will not be shipped until Monday, and will not be delivered to you until Tuesday, even if it is shipped "Overnight".

Why FedEx Overnight  or 2nd Day orders must be placed by telephone

FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day orders are critical, and require personalized attention from our staff.
  • You will need to be informed as to whether the items you are ordering are in stock, and whether your package can be shipped out promptly.
  • You will be able to get your tracking number from the operator when you call.
  • Orders to be shipped via FedEx must be received in our order center by 2 PM if you want us to ship the same day.
  • Unless you pay extra, FedEx does not deliver on weekends or legal holidays.
  • Overnight orders can be sent to your credit card billing address ONLY. Credit card fraud is most often committed with FedEx Overnight orders, and we need positive verification of your credit card information in order to ship Overnight.
  • FedEx shipments require your signature. FedEx packages WILL NOT be left at your door. You will have to show proof of identity and sign for the package.

FedExOvernight or 2nd Day shipping deadlines

  • Orders to be shipped via FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day must be received in our order center by 2pm if you want us to ship the same day.
    If you phone in your order after 2 p.m., for example, it will be shipped out on the following business day.
  • FedEx does not accept shipments on weekends or legal holidays.
    If you want your order sent via FedEx, we send it out as quickly as possible, but FedEx only accepts shipments on weekdays.

Items requiring extra shipping cost

Some items require additional shipping cost. These items are noted in the item descriptions. Typically, these items include:
  • heavier items, such as large power supplies, power invertors etc.
  • larger or oversized items, such as large base antennas, etc..

If by chance you order an item that requires extra shipping cost, you will be contacted with the correct shipping charge before we process your order. If you give us a valid email address, we can contact you quickly, and your order will be processed quickly.

Backorder information

  • We hold your shipment for any backordered items unless you ask us to send your order in two separate shipments.
    Unless other instructions are given, we wait until we have all the items in your order before shipping your package. Typically, backordered items are back in stock within 4-7 business days, so we are not talking about a long delay.
  • We will email you to let you know when your backordered item or items is expected to ship.
    On the day we receive your order, you will receive an email if you have an item in your order that will not ship immediately. If you did not give us an email address, or if you gave us an incorrect email address, you will not be contacted.
  • You may request that the items be shipped separately, as they become available.
    If you would like, we can ship all items that are available now in one shipment, and make a second shipment of the items that are backordered. Your shipping charges will increase- you will pay the shipping on two packages instead of one, but you will be able to enjoy some of the items sooner. By the way, you will not be charged for the items in the second shipment until they actually ship.
  • You may request that the available items be shipped, and the backordered items be canceled.
    As long as the backordered item is not a special order, you may instruct us at any time to ship what we have available, and cancel the backordered items. You are not charged for items until we actually ship them, so you do not have to worry about refunds.
  • If your order contains an item that is temporarily or permanently unavailable, and your order is shipped without that item.
    You are not charged for items until we actually ship them. If you ordered by credit card, you are simply not charged for the item that is not available. If you ordered by check or money order, we will give you a refund check for the price of the item.
